Why do I crochet?
I first turned to crocheting during a difficult time, seeking peace and purpose. My mother, who crocheted while in and out of care homes, inspired me—though I only truly embraced it after her passing. Later, following the end of a relationship, I returned to it more intentionally. Crocheting became a source of comfort and healing, helping me transform sadness into creativity and rediscover joy.
